Kutani ware kumi-yunomi gold leaf colored

Kutani-yaki, a traditional craft recognized by the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry, celebrates 360 years since the opening of the Kutani kiln. Kutani-yaki was exhibited at the Paris Expo and became famous throughout the world as Japan Kutani, and is now in the collections of famous museums around the world, including the British Museum and the Louvre.
